This test is designed by mathematicians who are experts in teaching gifted children. It contains challenging, non-curricular problems organised by mathematical competence. If the result is above 35%, it is very likely that the student has a talent for mathematics, and if they pass more than half of the tests, this talent is indisputable. On the other hand, a poor result does not indicate an absence of mathematical talent — remember the test is short and anyone can have a bad day.
It is very important NOT to help the child while they take the test. The result is only shown at the end, and you will receive a report by email.
The test is intended for children between the ages of 6-7 and 16, although adults can try it too. It takes about 25 minutes for children under 11 and 35-45 minutes for older children. It is very important to take the test on the same day: if split across two days, only the last day's results count. If your child is taking the test, please enter their first and last name in the corresponding field.
